KottonBee gift cards are digital and will be sent directly to the recipient's email after purchase. The email will contain a unique code that can be used during checkout.

2. How to Redeem:
To redeem your gift card, enter the unique code provided in your email at checkout. The gift card balance will automatically apply to your order total.

3. Partial Payments:
If the total purchase amount exceeds the balance on the gift card, you can pay the remaining amount using any other accepted payment method, such as a credit or debit card.

4. Single-Card Limit per Purchase:
Currently, only one gift card can be applied per purchase. If you have multiple gift cards, please contact us to combine them into a single balance.

5. No Expiration Date:
KottonBee gift cards do not expire and can be used at any time.
