At KottonBee, we are committed to delivering your bed sheets swiftly and securely. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand our process:
Shipping Timeframe
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day after placing an order.
- Shipping Time: Once processed, orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on orders over $70. For orders under $70, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Sales Tax
- Sales taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and local tax rates within the U.S. Customers are responsible for any applicable sales tax.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information to monitor your package.
Shipping Delays
- Delivery times may be affected by holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays beyond our control.
We want you to love your Purelux sheets! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 45 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Only items purchased directly from our website are eligible for returns.
Return Process
- Submit a Return Request: Contact customer service at team@kottonbee.com with your order number and reason for return. Alternatively you can also initiate your return by signing in to your customer account
- Return Shipping Label: Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label. Print and attach it to your package.
- Return Shipping Fee: A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Processing Time: Returns are processed within 10-14 business days after receipt of the returned item.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs, taxes, and duties.
- Refunds typically appear within 5 business days once processed.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards, promotional items, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Contact us immediately with a photo and description of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
We understand that sometimes you may want a different color, size, or item. That’s why we offer a flexible exchange policy.
