Affiliate Approval:

• All affiliates must apply to join the KottonBee Affiliate Program via our application page. Applications will be reviewed and approved based on eligibility criteria.

Promotional Guidelines:

• Affiliates are encouraged to create and share their own original content to promote KottonBee products. This can include blog posts, social media posts, videos, or any other creative formats that resonate with their audience. However, all content must align with KottonBee's brand values and messaging.
• Affiliates must use approved marketing materials provided by KottonBee as a reference for logos, colors, and product images to maintain brand consistency. Modifying KottonBee's branding in a misleading or inappropriate way is prohibited.
• Affiliates should avoid making any unverified claims about KottonBee products. Any content created should be truthful, non-deceptive, and in compliance with relevant advertising guidelines and laws.
• Affiliates are encouraged to share their content ideas with KottonBee for feedback and approval if necessary, especially for large campaigns or promotions.
• Affiliates must not engage in paid search bidding for the KottonBee brand keywords or domain.

Coupon Code Usage:

• Each affiliate will receive a unique coupon code providing a 15% discount on KottonBee products. This code must be used as provided and not be modified or duplicated without consent.
• Coupon codes are valid for one-time use per customer and cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.

Payment and Commission Structure:

• Commissions are calculated based on net sales (excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, and returns).
• Payments will be made via PayPal or bank transfer. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
• Minimum payout threshold: $50. If an affiliate’s earnings do not meet the minimum payout threshold, the balance will roll over to the next month.

Cookie Policy:

• Our affiliate program uses a 30-day cookie tracking period. If a customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking on your affiliate link, the sale will be credited to you. If the purchase is made using the affiliate’s coupon code without clicking the link, the affiliate will still earn the commission.

Marketing Materials:

• Affiliates will have access to a library of high-quality marketing materials (banners, social media graphics, product images, etc.) available for download in the affiliate dashboard.
• KottonBee reserves the right to provide updated materials for new promotions or product launches.

Affiliate Dashboard Access:

• Affiliates will be given access to a personalized dashboard where they can monitor their performance, commissions, clicks, and sales in real-time. The dashboard will also provide access to marketing assets and coupon code management.

Program Modifications:

• KottonBee reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email.

Termination:

• KottonBee reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account without notice if there is evidence of a breach of terms or fraudulent activities. Commissions will not be paid for disqualified activities.
